BUBBA WATSON SWINGS IN STYLE AT RANGEGOATS GC

At the latest RangeGoats GC event, Bubba Watson delivered more than just highlight-reel swings. With a rare pink-and-white Richard Mille RM 38-02 Tourbillon on his wrist.

Golf has always been about precision—but when Bubba Watson steps onto the course, it’s also about personality. At the recent RangeGoats GC event, the two-time Masters champion and co-captain of the LIV Golf team made waves not just with his unorthodox swing, but with a bold visual statement: the unmistakable Richard Mille RM 38-02 Tourbillon “Bubba Watson”, crafted in vivid white and pink Quartz TPT®.

Held under the LIV Golf banner, the RangeGoats GC event delivered a mix of competitive energy and laid-back flair that the new generation of golf fans has come to expect. With music playing between holes, fans crowding tee boxes, and team culture on full display, the tournament blurred the line between elite sport and entertainment.

For Bubba, it wasn’t just another round. With his team chasing leaderboard relevance, every swing counted—and as usual, he did it his way. Unconventional lines, booming drives, and crowd-pleasing moments defined his outing. But just as memorable as the golf was his wrist game, flashing the ultra-rare RM 38-02 every time he reached for his ball or adjusted his glove.

Though Bubba didn’t speak much about the watch during press time, the message was loud and clear. The RM 38-02 isn’t just a high-end timepiece—it’s a statement of collaboration, performance, and identity. Only 50 pieces exist worldwide, making it a rare sight anywhere—let alone mid-tournament on a pro golfer’s wrist.

The white and pink colourway wasn’t just aesthetic. It mirrored the pink-shafted driver that has long been Bubba’s signature, tying together his visual identity with Richard Mille’s avant-garde design language. In a field full of cookie-cutter polos and corporate branding, Bubba—and his RM—stood apart.

The RangeGoats GC format allowed players to lean into their personalities, and Bubba didn’t waste the opportunity. Whether sharing laughs with teammates, engaging with fans, or walking down the fairway with a confident stride, he embodied what LIV Golf is aiming to build: competitive play with cultural relevance.

Bubba Watson’s presence at the RangeGoats GC event reminded us why golf doesn’t need to be rigid to be respected. Through his play and his unmistakable pink and white Richard Mille, he delivered a performance that celebrated individuality and innovation. In a sport leaning into the future, Bubba remains one of its most colourful links to both style and substance.
