Richard Mille’s F1 Collaborators Secure Podium at Belgian GP

At the 2025 Belgian Grand Prix, McLaren and Ferrari—both partnered with Richard Mille—secured hard-fought podiums, highlighting the synergy between cutting-edge racing and horological excellence.

At the 2025 Belgian Grand Prix in Spa‑Francorchamps, McLaren staged a commanding one‑two as Oscar Piastri crossed the line first, followed by teammate Lando Norris, with Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc rounding out the podium.

After more than an hour’s rain delay and four safety car laps, the race kicked off with a rolling start. Piastri capitalized immediately, muscling past pole‑sitter Norris at Turn 1 and never looking back. Despite his teammate switching to hard tires mid‑race, Norris made too many errors in the closing laps, allowing Piastri to hold on by over three seconds.

This victory marked Piastri’s sixth of the season and McLaren’s sixth one‑two, underlining their dominance in both the Drivers’ and Constructors’ Championships.

Charles Leclerc’s third place brought Ferrari onto the podium for the first time in weeks, a clear signal that Maranello’s recent upgrades are beginning to yield results. Meanwhile, Lewis Hamilton, after a pit‑lane start, climbed to seventh—which, though outside the top three, offered much‑needed momentum for the team.

Amid McLaren and Ferrari’s on‑track resurgence sits a rare common partnership: Richard Mille, the ultra‑luxury Swiss watchmaker. In a sport where affiliations are fiercely exclusive, Richard Mille uniquely supports both McLaren and Ferrari. That shared presence speaks not to opportunism, but to a mutual ethos of engineering precision, innovation under pressure, and uncompromised performance.

With both teams delivering podium finishes at a critical stretch of the season, Richard Mille’s branding carries more weight. It’s not flashy sponsorship—it’s a statement of alignment with excellence at 300 km/h.

As the championship heads into its mid-season rounds, McLaren leads the standings with Piastri atop as driver, Norris close behind, while Ferrari remains the strongest challenger in the constructors’ race. With upcoming venues like Hungary offering new terrain, expect both teams—and their silent partner Richard Mille—to remain front and center in each championship push.
