With ten days remaining before the official opening, the Düsseldorf exhibition grounds are already in motion as yachts arrive and are positioned inside the halls at Messe Düsseldorf. Hall 6 is among the first to take shape, signalling the start of the final build-up for boot Düsseldorf, widely recognised as the world’s largest and most influential water sports trade fair.
Preparations are now in full swing as organisers and exhibitors work around the clock to ready an event of remarkable scale. The 2026 edition brings together 1,500 exhibitors from across the global marine and water sports industries, spanning 220,000 square metres of exhibition space across 16 halls. More than 1,000 boats, ranging from compact tenders to large yachts, will be on display, reflecting the diversity and innovation driving the sector today.
Beyond the boats, boot Düsseldorf serves as a key meeting point for manufacturers, designers, athletes, and enthusiasts, offering a comprehensive view of the future of boating, sailing, diving, and water sports. From technological advancements to sustainability initiatives, the show continues to set the agenda for the year ahead.
Running from 17 to 25 January, boot Düsseldorf will be open daily from 10:00 to 18:00, welcoming visitors from around the world as Düsseldorf once again becomes the global capital of water sports.
